Fall Party!

The kids had a lot of fun at their fall party. I have to say they were a little bummed they missed their last recess :) I thought they would think the party was better, however, they wanted their recess!!!

Buddy Share!

Cross text sharing is very important for growing readers. We are setting the soil for growth in our classroom. We're learning what good readers sound like and look like. We learned about reading to each other and listening. You will notice their book while their listening is in their "filing cabinet". This is so that they are being a good listener and listening to the friend that is reading. Hearing others read also helps with fluency, which is why we should read to our kiddos as much as possible!

 



Shaving Cream Fun!

We had some letter fun with shaving cream today. We worked on our letters and also writing our name! If your kiddo smells when they get home you'll know why!
